I was told beforehand that there would be a "good Cas moment at the end" so TBH I'd been expecting a little more, but still, I'm happy with what we got!

Well, all you really need to know is pretty much in the "Then" recap, so.

I was laughing the whole duration of Misha's scenes. And then the bad acting was just kind of painful to watch and hilarious at the same time, and I don't know what to do about it. xD

Damn, I love Castiel's wings.
And the Gabriel-look alike who did a Matrix thing and avoided the bullets.

And I never even noticed the ring, but now that you mention it...

Hahha mostly I love how much he makes fun of himself. XD

THE RING IS A SUBLIMINAL MESSAGE.

I KNOW.
I have a feeling other actors might be 'oh, I don't want to look silly', but he's totally GIVING IT. xD

I like.

I watched it four times already. FOUR. Mostly because the first time I laughed so hard I missed half of the dialogues. So the second time was 'cause I needed to understand. The third was because of the jokes, which were awesome. And the fourth... FOR THE GENERAL AWESOMENESS OF THIS ALL.

But hey, it really does feel like something Ben Edlund would write. Lots of fun and then SMASH! with Teh Angssst. xD But the ride was amazing. Easily my new favourite funny!ep ever.

BUUUT. Cas and Dean need to talk ASAP. They can't go on, avoiding the problems and pretending it's all peachy. I KNOW that Dean and Sam haven't been supportive ever lately, but I have a weird feeling that Cas' reluctance/inability to yep, trust their sorry asses and SHARE is gonna get them all screwed. Probably killed, at one point or another.

(And how WOW would that be if Raphael now teamed up with The Mother? Finally Team Awesome would have to work together again.)

Hahha I've only watched it twice, but I'd be watching it a lot more if I didn't have stuff I actually needed to accomplish today!

I WORSHIP AT BEN EDLUND'S SHRINE FOREVER. I mean, I already did, but I shall have to sacrifice an extra lamb for this.

Part of me thinks maybe Castiel is withholding stuff from them to protect them, but mostly I just think it's the writers being lazy about including him. Either way, I'll hold him to that promise to explain when he can.

Oh, hmm, it'll be interesting to see how the Raphael and Mother storylines tie together, I guess, even though I still have no idea who/what the hell the Mother is.

Aww, what? I'm sorry you have to deal with those douchebags. :(

I've been trying to find the strenght to accomplish ANYTHING for two weeks now. I'm almost sad my winter holiday is over. xD Gee, for the first time I don't miss school.

Ben. BEN. Really, you can't get MORE brilliant. He made fun of everything, including himself. I even forgave him for killing Misha and all the sadsad at the end.

THAT WOULD BE SO HIM. *___* Or maybe our bb angel just thinks they won't care even after they hear everything. Not that it's so stupid of him if you look at the way his boyfriend Dean and Sam have been treating him lately. STUPID WINCHESTERS! *clap* Oh Chuck, why something terriblesuperbad has to happen for Dean to get to his senses, ALWAYS, WHYYY ( ... )

I have two theories. 1: Castiel is a problem for the writers. The show was supposed to be just two human boys in a cool car up against the beasties. Cas was established as exceedingly powerful in part because he was supposed to turn up for a few episodes and die tragically. There was never going to be an angel best buddy. How can they fight a wendigo or any of the other creatures? Castiel would turn em into jelly. In S05 they had Cas absent "looking for God"most of the time, just so he wouldn't start solving all the problems. Then, because they didnt plan on a season 6 - they made him an archangel at the end of S05..now the problem is compounded.

Or, 2: They knew Misha was a 1st time Dad with a newborn and wanted to give him that time with his son?
