Had a nice day yesterday. The flight was short and Phine kept saying, "This is a fun ride." She liked watching things get smaller as we went higher. This is her fourth trip but she seemed much more interested and engaged in the actually flying part. I am keeping my fear of flying to myself.

After checking into the hotel, we went to the huge Pride

wow, what a crazy bird! i'm confused, b/c of the garbage strike, there were more homeless? ;)
anyway, sounds like you had a relaxing walk (up until the bird of course).
things here are good, your doggie is happy and hanging out. of course she loves to climb on my couch when i'm not looking! the kitty is himself, he has not escaped yet, but we'll see!

Here in Australia we have Magpies that get territorial in breeding season and the males swoop passers by to protect their nest. Maybe they have similar birds in Canada?
