the pants were indeed large....not as large as the plaid pants of giant shortness she made me one year. Which had probably an 80 inch waste and were high waters on me.....and I have very short legs

Hey, at least you got some sewing accomplished. If I manage to sew something, anything prior to this Pennsic, I'll be shocked and amazed. Then again, I'll be amazed if I don't sew my head to the carpet.
