I sent off invites to all of those who requested to be on my community - but only 2 invites have been accepted.

Want to be sure I invited properly. If you asked but did not receive an invite, please drop me a line or leave a comment

Once you've logged in you should baeable to go to: http://www.livejournal.com/manage/invites.bml

.. a page for managing any community invitations.

I usually get there through: http://www.livejournal.com/manage/ which is just generally useful. Hope this helps.

no need for apologies. I was just wondering why nobody seemed to sign up except mike and math5.

thanks for the tips on how to do that. I guess i assumed the invites would be sent via email.

They might also be sent by email - I haven't had access to mine for a few days, so I couldn't say for sure. It certainly SEEMS like they should be emailed.

I never got an invite. I saw your mention of it in your post, but nothing came my way inviting me to join anything. Would there have been something obvious that I am missing...which is distinctly possible?

or just go to my info page and i think you can join the community from there.

I accepted now. Went to the link parsedgarnish and found it. I never got a notifcation about the invite though that I noticed.
