Hello! I'll be visiting Scotland and Ireland this May, and I'd like to base my trip around the available sessions. I know where I can find instrumental sessions; however, I'd like to find as many song sessions along the way as I can

I'd suggest you crosspost this to some of the other traditional or UK/Ireland folk communities for maximum coverage. I'm afraid I don't know a thing about "song sessions" (called folk clubs over here) in Scotland and Ireland. Comhaltas may have a listing, and you could do worse than see if fRoots still has a listing.
