I really liked this as an expression of how awkward things can get between two people.

The ending of the first piece left me wanting more, and this was a great way to get at their issues of going "home" to deal with the fallout.

I liked it ! But looking at the dates, I'm loosing hope for a sequel. It's kinda sappy, and I'm wondering now the exact same thing Mac did.
Is it his way of saying 'let's go back and face this together' or 'let's go back and forget about each other' ? Damn, this is gonna bug me all day.
