the house up beside us is for rent. it is $1000/mo. one bedroom and unfinished basement in a house. brand new kitchen, back yard, etc. good for a couple. the landlord wants me to try and find a person/couple to move in because we throw shows in the basement, so it would be good if it was someone we knew/was ok with having music next door
