the 86 chrysler le baron will not be in use until the master brake cylinder is fixed. i have to slam my brakes to the floor to stop. i need it fixed. its going to cost several hundred. this sucks. im poor. my family doesnt have anything to spare. there isnt a damn thing i can do about it. it will be out of comission until it goes into the shop,

k, my suggestion is try and fix it yourself
My brakes were shot, and my rotor was torn up, that would usually be about a $200 job, but I fixed it myself, and the price to replace the brake pads, rotors, and muffler was $80 instead
it does save a lot to do it yourself
