My baby recently broke out with baby acne, what baby soap would you recommend that would be the most gentle?

my nephew had that too, i think she just used Johnson & Johnson but bought lotion and cream to put on him

yeah, I have the head to toe wash, I was advised not to use lotion, so hopefully it will go away soon :/
