Who knows how to use Photoshop 7.0? I was educated in Photoshop years ago and have since forgotten all that I've learned. What I'm trying to do is alter a picture of a rose for my wedding invitation, by cutting out the rose and placing it in along the left margin instead of dead center. Help?

quick question: I'm in the market to buy a sewing machine, and I understand you have some laying around? Would you be willing to sell me one of them?

I'm a total beginner, but I've decided I do like sewing, and it would be sooo much easier with a machine instead of hand-stitching an entire quilt ;)

I do have two spare sewing machines. They are older and I have not used one, and the other I haven't "mastered" so I couldn't show you how to use them. However, you can take them to get a tune-up and most places will show you how to use your machine for free. I take my machine to
AA(A?) Sewing and Vacuum on 1st Ave in Burien.

uhhh, was that a yes? Heh, I'm gonna be a beginner no matter what, and I just want it to make quilts and pillows and shit, and I have a friend that works at Joanne's, so she could probably show me how to use it. .

Let me double check with my mother. They're technically my grandmother's (but at 91 years old she'd probably not know what you were talking about). I don't imagine that it would be a problem for me to sell you one. Again, I'll ask mom how much she'd want me to sell it for, but I can pretty much guarantee you it wouldn't be more than $50. Trust me, they're HEAVY machines, they last FOREVER, and it will be worth it.
