something in my house stinks!!!!!

My son has come home rom school with one of his friends, and after about 30 mins I went up stairs and this *gagging* smell hit my nose!!! It smells so bad that I think someones guts needs sorting out by a doctor.... I made him open is bedroom window and have sprayed deodorant round.....and they BOTH look at me as

yes but teenage boys do notoriously make BAD smells!
