He's from 1881 in a high-class, religious setting, so he's used to people being really conservative and may not approve of your sexual openness or your women showing off their ankles. Also, technology is dumb. Please feel free to smack him with modernity.

There's nothing that I'm going to PREVENT you from mentioning, but if you want to stay on his good side I'd avoid mocking his family or prying too far into his personal life. He'll tell people things if he likes them enough.

Iffy. I can't stomach anything hardcore so HEY LET'S MAKE HIM ANGST FOREVER is just going to make me drop and retcon unless we specifically planned it out. He doesn't need any help angsting seriously. General teasing and trolling is fine but if it's the kind of thing that goes to the level of lawbreaking, torture, detentions forever, etc. then no.
[Fighting]
Anything that won't take emergency medical attention (PAPERCUTS GO) is fine automatically. If you want to hurt him severely, contact me! The answer will depend on the situation.
[Flirting/Hugging/Kissing/etc.]
Friendly physical contact is totally fine, and you're free to try romantic/sexual stuff. He's a huge cockblocker, though, and tends to a long time to trust people, so any actual romance or sex would have to be planned out.

~5'8'' and slim but unlike every other character in his canon not super skinny. Besides his long, fabulous hair, he doesn't have any particularly distinctive characteristics. No notable health problems, although he's not used to modern medicine.

Do you really play a character that reads 70s BL manga? If you do, go for it! Tell him he's the one that nobody remembers and barely gets any.
[Hacking/Mind reading/Stalking posts.etc.]
I try to mention when things are hackable, and if I don't you can assume that they aren't. Feel free to have your character respond or know things accordingly! And mind reading and so on would require OOC contact no matter how I felt about it, so there you go.
Also, a small warning: Kaze to Ki no Uta, being one of the classic shoujo tragedies of the 70s, is extremely triggery, most notably in portraying underage sexuality, prostitution, rape, grooming, and incest. Jules isn't a main character so he avoids the worst of it, but there is a small chance that such topics would come up in a serious conversation with someone that he really trusted. If you're afraid that a conversation is going in that direction (and again, it's very unlikely) and are uncomfortable with it, please tell me.
