So...

"Iron Man" was completely and utterly fantastic. Of course, I don't think I would have been so impressed by it if not for all the major suck that has come out of Hollywood lately. But with this movie, they hit the nail on the head. Good jorb, Mr. Favreau!

Also, Robert Downey Jr. is pretty good looking. Me-ow.
And I want red hair like Gwyneth

I know all about the weather messing with you head, and the wonderful ability to sense weather changes where I live leads to headaches several times a day for me. As here is an example of what I’m talking about…

Last week on Tuesday I was in shorts, on my deck loving the nice weather. Wednesday morning it had snowed 6 inches and was really cold. Thurdsay most of the snow had melted and it was getting warm. Friday through to Sunday it snowed more and melted the same day each time.

Meditation is something I do often as it helps me cope with the crazy weather changes. Not leaving out, knowing when to wash you car is tough as well. Washing you car on the wrong day could mean doors frozen shut and having to chip your door open. Which is never, ever fun…
