Oh! That's up near Springfield Mall! If my facts are straight, things- apartments, gas, etc.- are a LITTLE cheaper around that area. Not much, but a little. (Even though it's geographically closer to DC, it's a little more...run down than other parts of NoVA, but by "run down", I mean by NoVA standards.)
