That Batman wanted to be able to turn his head was the only wink-nudge joke at the original series I was willing to enjoy. The costumes have been notoriously inflexible.

I should've gone as one of the shitty Batman impersonators.

My group of friends were all planning to dress up as random rogue villains, but last minute plans got in the way, and we went as plainclothes criminals. I really wanted to dress up as Hugo Strange, too.
