Update for today - I was invited to my sons pre-school to do some face painting for their circus themed friday end week. I've recently started a new venture - a sketch a day. Doesn't matter what it is, and it doesn't have to be perfect. My goal with this is to increase my skill, as well as hand eye cordination. Went through some of my old photo's and found a wild picture of my son to do. It just made me ponder what he was thinking, and will hopefully make a good picture. I don't know if painting children is the direction I want my career to go in - but I won't snub my nose at anything at this point in the game. Sickness and Illness has plagued my household for the last few months. My oldest son started school and has brought home every illness he's come in contact with - it's been a wild ride. I've been working on a mural in my bathroom on and off over the past year and finally finished it this past week. it's a wrap around picture that spans three walls in my downstairs bathroom of a seascape scene. I began my next project tonight - it's a long awaited commission project - a still life with coffee, sugar and friendship involved. I hope to make it stunning.
