When you have a cold or allergies or something like that, do you sniff, or sniffle, like would you say "I'm sniffing" or would you say "I'm sniffling"?

well, no one really says either cuz they both sound retardedddddd.
BUT, i'd prolly say "i have the sniffles." or, "i just had to sniff" (as in, instead of blowing my nose.)

make sense? lol <33 ummm, please take me to your restaurant?

if you can sniffle, then you're sniffling. it wouldn't make any sense if the noun form changed into an entirely differently word when it became a verb.
