I'll tell you for many, many years I grew corn and never got but a few ears. Maybe over the winter you can hit the library for organic gardening books or the web. Then in Spring you will be on your way.

I will say the first year I had a garden I grew snow peas and Sweet 100 Cherry tomatoes. You know what they say about people with too many zucchini. Well I was feeding my family AND the neighbor hood and a friend of mine used the tomatoes for a party. This brand is sooooooooo sweet. You might want to try them next year as the yeild is very good. I didn't even grow tomatoes this year. Time just sort of crept up on me.this year trying to move the gravel and I can' work in the heat. Ahhh but maybe next year
