doughnuts, rather than from lard concentrates. because you never know when you might fall into the north atlantic and be damn glad for the extra layers.

My favorite corporate food story about the whole Atkins thing was a KFC ad discussing how 'healthy' their food was because a 3 piece meal had high protein and low carbs. My jaw dropped when I saw that ad on TV.
