During my first gym experience a couple years ago, I fell off a treadmill in front of a gym employee and bloodied my knee. Brave little soldier that I am, the next day I came in to use a weight machine and the same employee said, "Do you need some help with that?" I said "Oh no, I'm fine," and he said politely, "Actually, you're sitting on that backwards."

I go to a different gym now.
