After a lovely night of movie rentals (including my new favorite, Across the Universe) and outdoor fires, I started to sink into a wonderful nights slumber- equipt with the window open for a cool, Colorado's night breeze and the nice lullaby of chimes.. until I hear a much larger animal ripping apart a dog, in my yard, directly next to the open
