I just wanted to let you all know that I'll be voting against John Roberts in the upcoming election because...what? Oh--dammit. definitely not too late for the freshman issue. if you can get something in by the 14th, that'd still be enough time for liz and nick to edit it.

I worry about this version. It would have to go above and beyond the Colin Firth version to impress me, and being a "Hollywood" version...I don't know if it will make it.

Really? You didn't think 2046 was that good? I think it's one of those movies that has to just sit and be digested very slowly. It's not something that smacks you in the face with its awesomeness, but after a while, it just sinks in. At least in my opinion ... I just didn't have a response to it for a few days.
