does the birthday thing make you sad? my last birthday, my sister made me a cake and that was it. no one got me presents and i don't think my friends even said anything until i reminded them with unreasonable birthday requests. my boyfriend at the time didn't get me anything. he said he had no money. he could have just made me something. it made me sad. the cake was fantastic, though.
