I'm reading Snow Crash, by Neal Stephenson, currently, and really enjoying it. Up next is Saturday by Ian McEwan and then Housekeeping, by Marilynne Robinson. Yeah, Okkervil River.

Is Blood Meridian any good? I haven't read any Cormac McCarthy, but I remember someone mentioning something about a sinister albino in that book.
