I know *8) I know how to eat right, really I just choose not too. I've been all through the waspcreations website *8D heee - I go to her for advice all the time, I just wanted to see what this corset diet book says compared to improper food combinations. thanks for the links *8)
Going from 30" to 19" is quite ambitious, but possible. It will require some weight adjustment as you point out, but most of all persistence. Remember to do it gradually, as you propably already know.
Your taste may also change over time, and you may think that the 19" (or any other size) does not look good on you, or simply does not suit you. On the other hand, taste can change over time. As you become used to that corsetted figure, your "acceptance" for smaller waist increase.
As for proportions, a very small waist might not what you want if all your other measurements stay the same. Then the waist might look too small for your taste.
