My neighbor died yesterday.

He was old. And a really nice guy.  He helped me after I locked myself out of the house on a very cold morning.

People don't tell you their really interesting stories.

For example, my neighbor was a member of the UFO Study Group St. Louis.  I don't know what that is, but it sounds neat.
Time marches on.

Jerad mentioned that he needed exercise, so we walked the forest park trail this weekend. 6.25 miles. I am MIGHTY.

Mighty sore, that is.

But we agreed to do it again this coming weekend.

If I exercise I might get thin again, and then I would have to buy all new pants.

Neat.
