vegetable plots, U2 and grape harvesting

Spent the weekend helping to build a vegetable plot for my nieces which was rather enjoyable in a thank-god-i-only-do-this-once way. it also marked my maiden jaunt to Home Depot after being here for 3.5 years. But i guess that's not as shocking as me not having tried laksa till oct last year or never cooking indomie myself till 3 weeks ago

indomie was my sustenance for 2 years after moving from holborn hostel. can;t believe uve only cooked it yourself 3 weeks ago! how was your laksa experience?!

anyway, i ponder on the scary "passing of days" too.
but this brings somewhat new perspective:

Ahahaha exactly! i've always cooked all the other instant noodle brands. then the other day i opened an Indomie pack and was like what's all this??? all the wierd sauces. even the time i ate it in london was cos you cooked it for me along with yours. AHahaha.

and no. the time thing isnt very comforting. like can you imagine shrooms and gglastonbury at 38? but the quote sounds familar. where is it from?

yeah. it is overrated. but my ex roomie cooked it and everyone was over to eat it, so i was forced to try it too.
and which part is insane??? i've perfectly legitiate points to back my ramblings. except for the becoming a US citizen thing. i just couldnt be bothered to lie about that one
