Aren't phone companies all tied up in credit ratings? Won't this guy be screwed if he tries to get a loan for a car? Is it possible to get him black listed even more than he's managed to black list himself in this bad credit game? Surely your company has some kind of list of people they won't enter contracts with because they are so abysmal at honouring their contracts. Couldn't you get his name on that?
