Granted, he's got to learn the road rules/get the hell off the sidewalk. Bad for suspensions, pedestrians and the integrity of reproductive bits.

I usually support cyclists having right of way, but not when they're stoopid. WHOA, LJ integrated spellcheck now... that's wicked cool.
