EMG Atari Control

Nick and Tim came by to see if we could get EOG (but really EMG) to work with the Atari running through BCI2000. I get to be the monkey. One electrode on my wrist for ground. One on my forehead as reference. Two by my eyes to get the changes in potential when I look different places. They couldn't get the DC signal to work (that's what we need ( Read more... )

That does indeed look pretty cool. I never did anything so exciting for my senior design. We designed a solar chimney for our design project, stupid AIChE contest that we didn't make the deadline for anyway. Good luck with the presentations. :)

Wow - science = cool. :) Glad the experiment went well. Now, what does that orange shirt say? En Week? Something involving a flamingo neck?

That's pretty cool. I can think of a few people I know who would totally geek out over that. :) But it also makes me think of the River line from Firefly, "Also, I can kill you with my brain."
