@6: I do that, too except I don't make up name etc, I imagine what they look like as mermen, and if they're women, I imagine what they look like as men, and then what they look like as mermen...

I think the hair thing is partly related to my friend touching my hair when I was about 9 and her hands were covered in orange juice (why would you do that to someone? why???!!) So I think now I'm a bit paranoid -_-
Mermen? That's kinda cool, haven't heard that one before XD

I just get really self-conscious. Plus, I'm clumsy as it is (I dropped pizza on my leg in pizza hut and managed to flip an entire bowl of salsa dip across the table) and with people I don't know, it seems to become a billion times worse -_-;
