What is a "good" GPA?

Is a 3.88 pretty ok? It seems reasonable- I mean, there were courses I could have done a little better in, and I hope to do a little better next term, but I figure that's pretty alright.

I want to keep my marks up to make it easier to get into a Master's program once I've finally jumped through this hoop. Onto the next hoop! MORE HOOPS.

Well, if you took six classes (which was usually my limit back in the day) and got five As and one B, you'd have a 3.83, so 3.88 sounds good to me. Always good to keep shooting higher, though!
