I've been looking forward to Anansi Boys for a long time, and I totally forgot it was coming out so soon. I thought it was in October! I need to get right on that...

American Gods is still semi-fresh in my head, too, which'll be nice, depending on how much he references it. I'm certainly not expecting to see Shadow or anything like that, though.

I can wait a little bit on the book as i still have some stuff to finish up. I'm finishing The Real Lincoln, and i really should pick The Baroque Cycle back up (not sure why i put it down). But it is just nice to know that there is another Gaiman book out there waiting for me. I had no idea it was coming till i saw it listed in this weeks independant releases on midtowncomics.com.

Haha, neat. I remember in 5th grade going to this one week nature expidition thing where we lived in cabins and one night a performer came and told the story of Anansi the Spider and how his head got on backwards and to this day I STILL associate Anansi and Spider and I STILL remember parts of that story and the exact vocal tone anf body positions she used for it.

It sounds like this book might be up your alley. It might add to the story a bit for you. Not that you really have time to be reading books what between school stuff, tmnt, new comp, the trev, and whatever else. But it might be something to keep in mind. Surak found some copies at his library already. You probably can as well.
