Another One Bites The Dust
Overalll, I would say that this interview went better then the last one. At least this time not getting the job had *nothing* to do with me.
The woman I was supposed to interview with came into the reception area & smiled at me sadly & said that she was afraid that she had some bad news for me. It seems that the opening that I had applied for & was going to interview for was no longer avaiable. You see, the guy that had left had transfered to another position w/in the UW system - thats why there was a position open to begin with. However, apparently he had 6 weeks to change his mind & he just did. So their dude is happy, because he's going to be able to come back to the job that he actually *likes*. Their office is happy because they get this awesome dude back with them - and hey, they don't have to go & train someone else. And that just leaves me.
Ok universe. You've got my attention. Let's get on with this life lession shall we? I'm ready to learn & move on.
