-I'm starting another journal that will hopefully stay public.
I'm not sure if I'm going to use it solely for my writings and then use this journal as an event journal
or if I will completely switch over to the other journal entirely.
I may not start writing events in the other; however, until August - thus allowing me the feeling of beginning

Lord Byron is awesome. I've memorized "She Walks in Beauty" by now.

Really?
Do you especially like any other pieces of his work?

While "She Walks in Beauty" is the summation of one of literature's greatest achievements, at least to me, and there are a few other poems I have enjoyed by Byron. Having to do Byron as my senior poetry research paper in English, I've had to read a few more of his works and I'd have to say that I prefer his short, lyrical poems more than his longer works. Like "The Destruction of Sennacherib". Or maybe it's cause I'm just too lazy to read through those epics. -_- *cough* The Corsair. *cough* But that was a good one too. I DO have to read more poetry period. Do you suggest any?

Read Robert Browning.
He's amazing - and his wife, Elizabeth Browning, is good too.
