How about photographic proof of people running around as a studly teenage demon? Because Zetta has been doing that and he knows it.

Which is possibly why he was posing for the camera.

"Hyaaa ha ha ha ha! That's right! Drink it in!"

Sakura was still blinking the flash out of her eyes, drinking in all of a blinding spot in the middle of her vision. Still, if she was getting an obliging subject, she may as well see if she can figure out what she even pressed to set the delay in the first place.

"Sure, something like that. Look, can you just stay like that for a little longer?" She redirected the camera back around to face Zetta. Now, what had she pressed last time before she hit the 'take picture' button?

"You'd be surprised how long I can pose," Zetta said, continuing to do so in a way that emphasized claws, fangs, and wiry muscles. "I sign autographs, too. Just another service for my fans."

[haruno]

"I'll keep that in mind in case I run across any of them," she said, making sure he was lined up so those silly green focus boxes on the screen were over his face and shoulders. "One, two--"

Ca-chick! Flash!

"Got it!" Not that she was sure what she was going to do with 'it,' but hey, the better message was her camera was working correctly again. Sakura grinned. "You can stop posing now."

"You sure you want me to?" he drawled, striking another pose that showed off his flowing hair (or more accurately, burning and spawning off hellfire bats which flapped away before guttering out), perpetually billowing cape, and swirling mana energies about his feet. "I AM the most gorgeous Overlord in the cosmos, you know."

Sakura was actually trying to take pictures of the hellfire bats before they all guttered out. "As far as I know, you're the only overlord of any cosmos on board." She half-smiled. "The competition isn't exactly fierce."

She snapped another shot. Had she got it that time? How did she check?

That actually earned a little frown. "Alexander, God of Destruction, is running around her somewhere. But I'm more badass and more incredible than him in every way."

"Sounds like someone worth avoiding, if at all possible." Potentially because it made him look more serious for a brief period of time. "Or at least if you're not around. If you are, then why would we worry?"

She figured that would more or less be along the lines of what he'd been acting like a moment ago. So she smiled, if her real game plan was, Avoid gods and demons and all other assorted individuals who could make your death happen without much prior consultation as much as possible. She liked thinking this was a good plan.

Zetta grinned. "He won't do anything on the ship to bother people who aren't me or my disciples. He's probably barely aware they exist. Hassling you won't get him closer to beating ME, after all."

[haruno]

"So he's got a sense of priorities." Lucky everyone else -- well, outside of Zetta and his disciples. She had a feeling he could probably handle things, you know, pending he existed around the time there were things to be handled. "And he's not someone who actually worries you?"

"Priorities! Hell no! He's obsessed with defeating me, but he can't," Zetta scoffed. "Even after 20,846 assassins and 6,412 meaningless wars, he hasn't even come close."

Sakura couldn't stop herself from staring for a moment. Not at the assassins. The particular statement of meaningless wars was just -- too apt. "I'm not sure if dedication like that's worth praising," she said. "I guess there's something to be said for never giving up, but..."

That took it to whole stranger levels. Rivals existed everywhere, she guessed.

"He's an idiot," Zetta said contemptuously. "He's obsessed! Of course, he can't really be blamed, since the only way to be the strongest in the cosmos is to take down the person on top, but still, he can't do it! He doesn't have the power." And Zetta was so smug about that fact.

"I bet he's not even half as photogenic, huh?"

Not that she cared, but deadpan at the smug one was slightly amusing.

"His hair might be easier to take a picture of," Zetta said, taking her utterly seriously. "That doesn't make it BETTER, though."

"Just different," she quipped, if she was back to almost-but-not-quite-outright staring at his hair. "Has your hair always been like this?"
