SAND CASTLE HO

At the base of the large sand castle, Sasami couldn't help but stare at it and blink. Granted, it wasn't as big as, say, her old palace home, but it was still impressive, especially as it was made out of sand.

Still awestruck, Sasami wandered in.

[haruno]

"I thought sandcastles were supposed to be the small ones you built with buckets," Sakura said, looking in through the castle's entrance. She spotted Sasami, waving out of reflex. "Is this someplace you thought up?"

[saint_sami]

"I thought so, too... but, not this one!" Sasami replied, returning the wave. "I didn't make it, though. It was already here...!"

[haruno]

Had Lash...? Sakura guessed anyone here could have. "Does that mean we're exploring this thing blind?"

[saint_sami]

"It looks like it. I don't think I'd make something like this...!" Sasami admitted. "Or, at the very least, something that I know what is what."

[haruno]

All the better, as far as Sakura was concerned. Exploring someone else's concept of a castle of sand could be interesting! "Almost like we have a mystery on our hands. Feel like figuring it out?"

[saint_sami]

Sasami craned her head back to look at Sakura, smiled and nodded. "Of course! Let's see what's in here!"

Almost as if she heard them, Lash appeared, holding two shovels, and a couple of flashlights. Maybe if they listened closely, there was some sort of inspirational music.

"If you two are going to explore the create sandcastle, your going to need these, tee hee hee!"

Who knew what type of traps she might have laid in there. Or giant enemy crabs.

"EEP!" Sasami yelped, caught a little off guard by Lash's appearance. Recovering, she couldn't help but grin sheepishly.

"Eheheh... th-thanks!" Sasami said, moving to take one of the shovels and a flashlight (and wondering where that music was coming from?)

Sakura eyed the shovel -- and then Lash. "Oh, like you're not coming with us," she said, crossing her arms over her chest.

"I'm not. I already know everything about the castle since I made it. What's the fun in that?"
