To those from any of the Earth's represented on ship: Are there any modern equivalents to Hispania outside of Spain and the Iberian Peninsula? Or maybe something called High Spania or Hispain?

Well, there's Neo-Spain in my Earth. But I don't think that's what you're looking for.

Neo-Spain? Probably not -- at least I don't think so. I'm not even sure what it is exactly I'm looking for, which is part of the problem.
