Psych Class survey about parenting

I am taking a Psychology class at Portland State and have been tasked with collecting info about desired gender of future children.

Neat, but is there really no one out there who'd wish for a child who's not a boy or a girl?

I agree. I forgot to add a disclaimer that the questions were written by my prof. and I felt that although I didn't like the wording, an 'A' was more likely if I didn't mess with them. I have gotten some great responses about the questions that I will actually be writing up a new survey for the teacher to use next time. Thanks for your input.
