Mmmm, I do love that we get to see all these drabbles together now ♥ ^___^ You really see the story unfolding slowly this way, and gradually getting messier and out of control. Like watching a beautiful tragedy ^__^.

But I think you did capture Schneizel's "fall" in degrees: he starts out above it all, strictly professional. And then, a bit more involved, but keeping a careful distance. Coming closer, but 'he knows what he's doing'. Finally admitting 'this might be bad, maybe I should let go'. Not letting go, and realizing that at this point, he can't. Again, beautiful tragedy, because each time it gets worse you look back and realize it was all so, so avoidable. And yet...not. It's part carelessness, but everything else seems like it would have eventually wound up that way anyway - the only question was when and how bad.

For all that you say you try to keep this to Schneizel's POV, you do represent Adlerzaku Suzaku very well, all that wily cunning and mischief, and his eagerness to please while pretending that he, as well, is ( ... )

<3333. I'm glad you it works for you :) I do think it works nicely like this too: seeing everything together makes the whole picture *complete*. And I like how you remarked on the messier and out of control aspects -- that's definitely the theme of this round ( ... )
