Commerce Bank security breach
For those of you who have accounts at Commerce, I've been informed by my sister-in-law (who worked there before the baby was born) that there has been a security breach. Keep an eye on your account and make sure nothing weird happens.

Commerce Bank officials have sent letters to the affected customers regarding an investigation of identity fraud.
The letter states that a Commerce employee gave out personal information -- including Social Security and loan account numbers -- to outside parties.
Commerce officials have notified federal and state law enforcement, but customers are understandably concerned.
Commerce bank officials wouldn't go on camera but did issue a statement.
"Fortunately, only a small segment of our nearly 3 million customers were impacted. We have taken immediate actions, including an extensive internal investigation by Commerce Bank's Corporate Security team and notification to federal and state law enforcement officials," the statement read.
In addition, Commerce is providing a year's worth of credit monitoring services for affected customers.
