I'm a 32-year-old pre-medical-transition FTM, 34 weeks pregnant with my firstborn daughter. My husband, whose relationship with me predates me realizing transition is where I need to go, is sticking with me and will co-parent as our marriage becomes a same-sex one. :->

I'm also delaying medical transition steps till after breastfeeding, though in this case we do plan to have two kids, so that puts it off a bit farther yet.
