Something to keep in mind is that, in general, MtFs stopping hormones get more fertile the longer they're off them, while FtMs peak at some point between 2 and 8 months after going off, and then go into a fertility slump for about a year, even if they stay off the T. Some endocrinologists will tell you not to even try to conceive until the egg-maker's been off T for a year, which will effectively mean delaying it for well over 18 months, given this tendency.

Also, a not insignificant number of MtFs who've been on hormones for a period more described by 'years' than 'months' will never get back enough sperm production and motility to conceive.
