Nutritious dinner:
2 forkfulls of peanut butter (protein)
scraps of leftover pasta (resembles full meal)
last forkful of left over egg something or other (resembles semi-full meal)
danish-looking thing with apple stuff in the middle (daily fruit/ vegetable)

i have indeed proved that teens CAN feed themselves when they are tired and are indeed capable ( Read more... )

cereal is the most important thing in the food chain, didn't you know? right next to pasta and left overs.
that is, unless some one else decided to feed you...

mmmm, i looove peanut butter! sounds yummy...lol.
we can SO totally feed ourselves AND be nutritious at the same time...we're just more creative :)
