Nutritious dinner:
2 forkfulls of peanut butter (protein)
scraps of leftover pasta (resembles full meal)
last forkful of left over egg something or other (resembles semi-full meal)
danish-looking thing with apple stuff in the middle (daily fruit/ vegetable)
i have indeed proved that teens CAN feed themselves when they are tired and are indeed capable

we can SO totally feed ourselves AND be nutritious at the same time...we're just more creative :)
