You could find a kind person to buy it for you in the state and mail it over. It would be more trustworthy than ebay and possiby cheaper depending on how they send it.
unfortunately, i've already tried that. nancy actually sent me a package with the first two games and some other stuff waaaaaaaaaay back last year, and it never arrived. neither of us has any idea what happened, and it wasn't returned to her, either. the package she sent me last month mysteriously vanished as well. this is especially frustrating because the packages my parents sent me have all arrived. maybe it's just california-to-japan mail that hates me? hard to say. i guess i could ask my parents for it, but that seems like a trivial thing to bother them about.
the problem with anyone else mailing it is that i'm not sure how i'd pay them. i do have us dollars in my bank accounts, but short of mailing a us check from japan to america, which could go wrong in SO many ways, how the heck would i do it? and don't say paypal. those assholes take a cut out of the money and if i was gonna do that i might as well do it on ebay.
