I'm an editorial trainee in a library now for 2 months. Today was my first day and it was alright. The people are very nice and its interesting but still I find it strange to work for free and the only thing you get in the end is a little sheet of paper. Well, and work experience, of course! Ich hab XPQ und Seabound mehrmals auf die Wunschliste geschrieben, aber es wird nichts. Die Musik ist so vorhersehbar, dass ca. immer um die gleiche Zeit, die selbe Musik kommt!!! Seufz.

Ich lege in NRW jetzt seid 8 Jahren auf und habe glaube ich in jedem wichtigeren Laden hier den Job gemacht. Matrix, Zeche Carl, Plastique, E Dry. Außerdem lege ich öfter bei verschiedenen Parties in Holland auf (Cyberia, 100% Industrial z.B.). Und umsonst mache ich es auch nur für Freunde. Und da der Laden nicht um die Ecke ist, würde es auch was kosten.
Falls da Interesse besteht, warum nicht...

Yeah, it sucks working for free (or cheap) but it's one of those "short term loss for long term gain" situations. It pays off in the end believe me, it does.
A lot of jobs these days follow this weird circular logic where employers want people with experience, but no one hire people without experience, so where do you get the experience?
