It's my birthday on Sunday and I can't believe I'm getting closer to 30. Maybe I should count backwards from now on or repeat my 25th birthday every year. Ah, anyway, it won't stop me having a little party ( Read more... )

30's OK. I spent all year worrying about it, then the day it actually happened I got a whole day older.

People treat you differently, though, I think...

People treat you differently? That's terrible. That's why people lie about their age, I guess.

Actually, you are right, I have experienced that the other way round. People usually think I'm younger than I really am and when they hear my age their attitude towards me changes.
