I'm so sorry about the delay, and if you tell me the amount of money you paid I can refund you. Before I left I had a high volume of orders and I honestly thought I sent everything out. I was a wreck at the time due to personal problems so lots of things got messed up. I am NEVER like this, I feel really embarrassed because I've been doing this for 3+ years and I messed up like 10 orders at once :(.

Like I said, if you tell me the amount of $ and your paypal address I'll refund you. Please give me your address again and exactly what you ordered and I'll have it shipped out. I just want to give you the refund immediately in good faith that I never meant to rip you off. I'm so sorry.

I would never intentionally scam someone and you know that. My life has been crazy in the past two months and I feel awful because I got a bunch of orders mixed up (I thought I sent them before I left :/).

Please let me know what I owe you. I got a package of yours returned for insufficient postage (I mixed up the automatic machine I guess), so I have stuff of yours but I want to make sure I'm sending out everything. I'll send you an e-mail also (I see you sent me one, I'm going through weeks worth of e-mail at the moment :/). I'll try to make this up to you the best I can, I'm so so sorry!
