Wow, they own a lot of sites--pilfering other people's content must be wearing these con artists' fingers to the bone. I think I might feel sorriest for the pregnant women who've had their content lifted for onlinelamaze.com. Selling other people's birth videos seems like it ought to buy you a special plot in Hell.
If you (or someone you know) owns the copyright on the image, you can send a DMCA takedown notice to their ISP. In this case, it looks like the site is hosted on GoDaddy, so send a DMCA notice to abuse@godaddy.com (or try faxing them).
See this link for an example of what your takedown notice should contain:
If you have the copyright to the photo - which goes to the photographer rather than the model most of the time - you can file a DMCA takedown notice with the web host and the web host will take your image down.
My friend Amy took the photos of me with my camera. I don't believe she fancies herself a photographer or that she would claim any copyright to it, so I feel that I can honestly represent myself as the copyright holder.
I will contact the ISP to make a complaint. Thank you for the suggestion!

This is a law specific to copyright infringement, such as a photo of you which he does not hold the copyright and has no permission to use.
