Follow Up re: SCAM
At the wonderful advice of turgid and lilmissnever, I sent an email to the ISP for the offending web site today.

I swear under penalty of perjury that I am the copyright holder and the subject of the photograph, which was taken of me on July 21, 2007 while performing at the King County Fair in Enumclaw, WA.
